Join our vibrant Mutant Vehicle base camp, a dynamic community of around 25 passionate burners stationed at a great location! Our MV is the heart of our camp, sparking connections, fostering friendships, and making playa transit a breeze. We host electrifying pop-up events, including an epic dance party at Center Camp this year that you won't want to miss!

Led by seasoned burners from Reno, Nevada, our leadership brings years of experience and a laid-back vibe. Our diverse campmates hail from across the US and around the globe, blending the fresh energy of first-timers with the seasoned wisdom of long-timers. Come be a part of our extraordinary adventure at Burning Man!

Immerse yourself in the fun and interactive experiences we create around our Mutant Vehicle! While we offer plenty of engaging activities, our work shifts are easygoing, leaving you with ample time to explore the playa on your own or with us. We aim to be your home on the playa, your supportive playa family—not taskmasters. Come join us and make unforgettable memories together!

You’ll be well taken care of not only with the support of veteran burners but also with our camp infrastructure which includes but not limited to:

• Communal shade for everyone in a regular tent.
• Space for those who have standalone dwellings, yurts, or their own shade structures.
• A limited number of RV spaces with power access.
• We provide camp fresh water, and greywater removal.
• Private camp-only porto potties.
• Private camp shower with a solar bag.
• A communal kitchen that is well equipped with refrigeration, stove, BBQ, shelf space for individual campers, prep tables, cookware and utensils.
• We have power to run the camp refrigeration and lighting. Camp members can use this to charge small personal electronics.
• We have a HUBS partner that provides a communal cooling zone (a shaded and Air Conditioned area)
